Mr. Friday Omayebu – Director

Mr. Friday Omayebu is an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association. He joined Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Limited in November 2008. He began his working career with the firm of Ogunsanya & Ogunsanya. He also worked with HNB Trustees Limited and WEMA Asset Management Limited respectively.

Mr. Omayebu has 22 years of cognate experience in trusteeship and wealth management. He has administered several trust accounts and also managed a sinking fund account. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Trustees

 Mr. Muritala Ajani – Managing Director

Mr. Muritala Ajani is an experienced Accountant and Asset Manager with over 25 year’s cognate experience spanning audit, financial control, risk management, investment and asset management. He holds a B.Sc Accounting of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and an MBA (Finance) of the University of Ibadan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. Prior to joining SAMTL Limited, Mr. Ajani has worked in several institutions including Central Bank of Nigeria, defunct ICON Merchant Bank, VISA Investment & Securities Ltd (A wholly owned subsidiary of defunct African International Bank), NAL Bank Plc, and Sterling Bank (Redeployed to Sterling Asset). He is registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as Fund/Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Oyelola Olatoye – Deputy Managing Director

Oyelola Olatoye is a graduate of Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology (FUTA). He has over 15 year’s cognate experience. He has worked with the firms of Messrs Diya Fatimilehin & Co and Messrs Ubosi Eleh & Co. before joining Sterling Asset Management and Trustees Limited. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV). He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

Company Secretary – Lampejo Solicitors

The firm of Lampejo was appointed in 2016 to handle the secretarial duties of the company, The firm was established in 1984 to engage amongst others in legal practice with bias for Commercial Practice and General Research. The core areas of practice include Privatisation, Banking, Oil and Gas, Litigation/ADR and Water Practice. Lampejo Solicitors is an affiliate of Trinity Solicitors in London.
